Terms and Conditions for Digital Products, Events Tickets, Access to Fanzone, and Merch by OMario.net


These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital products, events tickets, the Fanzone, and Merch (collectively referred to as "Services") provided by OMario.net. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Digital Products Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a digital product from O'Mario.net, you agree to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use only. The resale or redistribution of any digital product purchased from O'Mario.net is strictly prohibited unless previously authorized in writing by Third Millennium Co.

Digital Products

  • Ownership: All digital products available on OMario.net are the property of Third Millennium Co.

  • License: Upon purchase, users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital products for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Delivery: Upon purchase of a digital product, you will receive access to the product or a download link. You are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure proper delivery.

  • Restrictions: Users may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or sell the digital products without prior written consent from Third Millennium Co.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Events Tickets Terms and Conditions

All sales of event tickets through O'Mario.net are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly modified as determined by O'Mario. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Access to Fanzone - Subscription or One-Time Payment Terms and Conditions

Access to O'Mario's Fanzone, whether through a subscription or one-time payment, grants the user access to exclusive content and features for the agreed-upon duration. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Fanzone content is strictly prohibited.

Fanzone Access

  • Membership: Access to the Fanzone may require membership registration, which may be subject to recurring payments.

  • Eligibility: Users must meet age and any other requirements outlined on the website to become a member.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time, and you will still have access to the Fanzone for the duration of the paid period.

  • Conduct: Members agree to abide by the community guidelines and code of conduct when accessing the Fanzone.

Merch Sold by O'Mario.net

All merchandise purchases made on O'Mario.net are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the merchandise arrives damaged or defective. Please review the size guide and product details before completing your purchase.

Merchandise

  • Purchasing: Orders for merchandise are subject to availability and O'Mario reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person.

  • Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during the purchase process. O'Mario will make every effort to fulfill orders within the specified time frame; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Also O’Mario is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

  • Returns: Returns and exchanges are subject to the Return Policy outlined on the website.

General Terms and Conditions

Content
