The Parties:

The deal has three parties:

  • First Party: The Company (Third Millennium Company)

  • Second Party:The party who introduced the third party to the first party.

  • Third Party: Advertiser or potential sponsor (It might be an individual or a company).

The Idea of The Deal:

The Deal is a marketing campaign directed to those who can link/ connect one or all O’Mario programs with an advertiser or potential sponsor, and they will get a 20% from the total deal’s amount. Note that the first party has the right to notify the second party after signing the contract with third party.

Second Party Obligations:

Second party is obliged to:

  • Undertakes that the third party has the full knowledge of the purpose of his name and his personal information, which is to be used on the site.

  • Undertakes that all third party information that were provided by him/her are right.

  • The receipt of the percentage is only from the first party, and it will through bank transfer his/her personal account.

The maturity of the percentage and the time of payment:

The percentage mentioned in paragraph (2) will be entitled only when a successful deal has signed between first party and third party, and the payment of the percentage will be after the first party receives the full amount of the signed contract from third party.

General Terms and Conditions:

- The registration of third-party information by the second party does not guarantee the second party a percentage of the deal unless the first party contacts the second party, informs them of the selection of their application, and concludes a successful deal with the third party.

- The registration of third-party information by the second party does not prevent the first party from communicating or entering into an agreement with the third party directly or through another intermediary.
